حذف حسابك

1. من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)

• افتح تطبيق ذاتي AI.
• اذهب إلى: المزيد ← الحساب ← حذف حسابي.
• أكّد الحذف. يُحذف حسابك وكل بياناته فورًا ونهائيًا.

2. بالبريد الإلكتروني (إذا لم تعد تملك التطبيق)

• أرسل رسالة إلى privacy@thati.one من نفس البريد المرتبط بحسابك.
• اجعل عنوان الرسالة: Delete my THATI account
• سنتحقق من أن البريد يطابق الحساب، ثم نحذفه ونرسل لك تأكيدًا خلال 30 يومًا كحد أقصى.

الحسابات المجهولة (غير المرتبطة ببريد) لا يمكن التحقق منها بالبريد، لذلك احذفها من داخل التطبيق. حذف التطبيق من الجوال وحده لا يحذف الحساب.

3. ما الذي يُحذف

• الحساب وبريدك الإلكتروني.
• إجابات البداية وملف الشخصية وتقرير الشخصية.
• كل الذكريات، والمحادثات وملخصاتها، والمهام، والقرارات، ومراجعات الأسبوع.
• أسلوب الكتابة المستورد من واتساب.
• عدّادات الاستخدام المرتبطة بحسابك.

4. ما قد يبقى لفترة

• سجل أحداث الاشتراك (بدون أي محتوى من محادثاتك) للمحاسبة والالتزامات النظامية ومنع الاحتيال.
• نسخ احتياطية لدى مزوّد الاستضافة لفترة محدودة، ثم تُستبدل تلقائيًا.

5. الاشتراك

حذف الحساب لا يلغي اشتراك ذاتي بلس. ألغِه بنفسك من إعدادات App Store (الإعدادات ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات) أو Google Play (الملف الشخصي ← المدفوعات والاشتراكات ← الاشتراكات)، ويفضّل قبل حذف الحساب.

1. In the app (fastest)

• Open THATI AI.
• Go to More → Account → Delete my account.
• Confirm. Your account and all its data are deleted immediately and permanently.

2. By email (if you no longer have the app)

• Email privacy@thati.one from the email address linked to your account.
• Use the subject: Delete my THATI account
• We will verify that the email matches the account, delete it, and confirm within 30 days at most.

Anonymous accounts (not linked to an email) cannot be verified by email, so please delete them from inside the app. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account.

3. What gets deleted

• Your account and email address.
• Onboarding answers, personality profile and personality report.
• All memories, chats and their summaries, tasks, decisions and weekly reviews.
• Writing style imported from WhatsApp.
• Usage counters linked to your account.

4. What may remain for a while

• Subscription event records (with no chat content) for accounting, legal obligations and fraud prevention.
• Hosting-provider backups for a limited period, until they are overwritten automatically.

5. Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel THATI Plus. Cancel it yourself in App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions), ideally before deleting your account.
