1. قبول الشروط

هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبين نايف المظهري («نحن») حول استخدامك لتطبيق «ذاتي AI | THATI AI». باستخدامك للتطبيق فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق، فلا تستخدم التطبيق.

2. الأهلية والحساب

• يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 سنة أو أكثر.
• يبدأ حسابك مجهولًا تلقائيًا، ويمكنك ربطه ببريدك الإلكتروني حتى لا تفقد بياناتك عند تغيير الجوال.
• الحساب شخصي لك وحدك. أنت مسؤول عن حماية جوالك وبريدك وعن كل ما يحدث في حسابك.

3. ما هي الخدمة

ذاتي AI مساعد شخصي يعمل بالذكاء الاصطناعي، يبني «نسخة رقمية» منك من إجاباتك وذكرياتك ومحادثاتك.

• الردود يكتبها الذكاء الاصطناعي، وليست صادرة من إنسان، وليست أنت.
• قد تكون الردود خاطئة أو ناقصة أو قديمة، أو لا تعبّر عنك بدقة. راجعها دائمًا قبل الاعتماد عليها.
• النسخة تعمل داخل التطبيق فقط، ولا ترسل رسائل نيابة عنك. أنت من يقرر إرسال أي مسودة أو مشاركتها.

4. ليست استشارة مهنية

• محتوى التطبيق، ومنه محلل القرارات وتقرير الشخصية، للمساعدة العامة فقط، وليس استشارة طبية أو نفسية أو قانونية أو مالية أو استثمارية.
• القرار النهائي لك، وأنت المسؤول عنه.
• في حالات الطوارئ أو إذا كنت تفكر في إيذاء نفسك، تواصل فورًا مع خدمات الطوارئ في بلدك أو مع مختص.

5. محتواك

• ما تكتبه وتضيفه (الإجابات، الذكريات، الرسائل، الملفات) يبقى ملكك.
• تمنحنا إذنًا محدودًا لتخزين محتواك ومعالجته، ومنها إرساله إلى مزوّدي الذكاء الاصطناعي، فقط لتقديم الخدمة لك كما توضح سياسة الخصوصية.
• تؤكد أن لديك الحق في أي محتوى تضيفه، ومنه المحادثات والنصوص التي تخص أشخاصًا آخرين. لا تضف بيانات حساسة عن غيرك بدون إذنهم.
• يمكنك استخدام ما تكتبه النسخة لك، مع العلم أن الذكاء الاصطناعي قد يعطي نتائج مشابهة لمستخدمين آخرين.

6. الاستخدام المقبول

يُمنع استخدام التطبيق في:

• أي عمل مخالف للأنظمة، أو للتحرش، أو التهديد، أو الاحتيال.
• انتحال شخصية أحد أو خداع الآخرين، ومنه استخدام «اكتب بأسلوبي» لتقليد أسلوب شخص غيرك.
• إنشاء محتوى ضار أو يحرّض على العنف أو الكراهية، أو ينتهك خصوصية الآخرين أو حقوقهم.
• محاولة اختراق التطبيق، أو تجاوز الحدود، أو الهندسة العكسية، أو جمع البيانات آليًا.

إذا رأيت ردًا مسيئًا أو ضارًا، استخدم زر الإبلاغ داخل المحادثة. قد نوقف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط.

7. اشتراك ذاتي بلس

• ذاتي بلس اشتراك متجدد تلقائيًا: أسبوعي أو شهري أو سنوي. السعر يظهر في المتجر قبل الشراء.
• يُخصم المبلغ من حسابك في Apple أو Google عند تأكيد الشراء.
• يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائيًا بنفس السعر ما لم تلغه قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية بـ 24 ساعة على الأقل.
• تجربة مجانية لمدة 3 أيام للمستخدمين المؤهلين. إذا لم تلغها قبل نهايتها بـ 24 ساعة على الأقل، يبدأ الاشتراك المدفوع تلقائيًا.
• إدارة الاشتراك وإلغاؤه من إعدادات App Store أو Google Play، لا من داخل التطبيق.
• الاسترداد يخضع لسياسات Apple أو Google، ولا نستطيع إصدار مبالغ مستردة بأنفسنا.
• حذف الحساب لا يلغي الاشتراك. ألغِه من المتجر أولًا.

8. الباقة المجانية وتغييرات الخدمة

• للباقة المجانية حدود يومية (مثل عدد الرسائل والأدوات)، ولذاتي بلس حدود أعلى. تظهر الحدود داخل التطبيق. ولكل حساب أيضًا حد استخدام عادل شهري؛ عند الاقتراب منه قد تُكمل نسختك بنموذج أسرع، وعند الوصول إليه تتوقف ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي حتى بداية الشهر التالي.
• قد نضيف ميزات أو نغيّرها أو نوقفها، أو نعدّل الحدود، ونسعى لإبلاغك بالتغييرات المهمة مسبقًا.
• قد تتوقف الخدمة مؤقتًا للصيانة أو لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا.

9. الملكية الفكرية

التطبيق وتصميمه واسمه وشعاره وبرمجياته ملك لـ نايف المظهري أو لمرخّصيه. نمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًا ومحدودًا وغير قابل للنقل لاستخدام التطبيق على أجهزتك. لا يجوز نسخ التطبيق أو بيعه أو إعادة نشره.

10. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها

• نقدّم التطبيق «كما هو» و«حسب توفره»، دون ضمان أن يكون خاليًا من الأخطاء أو متاحًا دائمًا.
• إلى أقصى حد يسمح به النظام، لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة، أو خسارة أرباح أو بيانات، أو قرارات اتخذتها بناءً على ردود الذكاء الاصطناعي.
• إلى أقصى حد يسمح به النظام، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية ما دفعته لنا خلال الـ 12 شهرًا السابقة للمطالبة.
• لا يحدّ هذا القسم من أي حق لا يجوز تقييده نظامًا.

11. متاجر التطبيقات

• هذه الشروط بينك وبيننا فقط، وليست مع Apple أو Google، ونحن المسؤولون عن التطبيق ومحتواه ودعمه.
• Apple وGoogle غير ملزمتين بتقديم صيانة أو دعم للتطبيق.
• إذا نزّلت التطبيق من App Store فإن Apple والشركات التابعة لها مستفيدون من هذه الشروط، ويحق لـ Apple تطبيقها عليك.
• يجب أن تلتزم أيضًا بشروط المتجر الذي نزّلت منه التطبيق.

12. إنهاء الاستخدام، والنظام المطبق، والتواصل

• تقدر تتوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وتحذف حسابك في أي وقت (المزيد ← الحساب ← حذف حسابي).
• قد نوقف حسابك أو نحذفه إذا خالفت هذه الشروط أو إذا ألزمنا بذلك النظام.
• تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية [يؤكدها المالك]، وتختص بالنزاعات محاكم [المدينة / City].
• قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. سنغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث»، ونبلغك داخل التطبيق بأي تغيير جوهري. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد ذلك يعني موافقتك.

1. Accepting these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Naif Almuthihhiri ("we", "us") about your use of the "THATI AI | ذاتي AI" app. By using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• Your account starts as anonymous automatically; you can link your email so you don't lose your data when you change phones.
• Your account is personal to you. You are responsible for protecting your phone and email and for all activity in your account.

3. What the service is

THATI AI is an AI-powered personal assistant that builds a "digital twin" of you from your answers, memories and chats.

• Responses are written by AI. They do not come from a human, and they are not you.
• Responses can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or not reflect you accurately. Always review them before relying on them.
• Your twin works only inside the app and never sends messages on your behalf. You decide whether to send or share any draft.

4. Not professional advice

• The app's content, including the decision analyzer and personality report, is for general help only. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial or investment advice.
• Final decisions are yours, and you are responsible for them.
• In an emergency, or if you are thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional right away.

5. Your content

• What you write and add (answers, memories, messages, files) stays yours.
• You give us a limited permission to store and process your content, including sending it to AI providers, only to provide the service to you as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You confirm you have the right to any content you add, including chats and text involving other people. Do not add sensitive information about others without their permission.
• You may use what your twin writes for you, but AI may produce similar output for other users.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the app to:

• Break the law, harass, threaten or defraud anyone.
• Impersonate anyone or deceive others, including using "Write in my style" to imitate someone other than yourself.
• Create content that is harmful, incites violence or hatred, or violates other people's privacy or rights.
• Hack the app, bypass limits, reverse-engineer it, or scrape data.

If you see an offensive or harmful response, use the report button inside the chat. We may suspend any account that breaks these terms.

7. THATI Plus subscription

• THATI Plus is an auto-renewing subscription: weekly, monthly or annual. The price is shown in the store before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Eligible users get a 3-day free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts automatically.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in App Store or Google Play settings, not inside the app.
• Refunds are handled under Apple's or Google's policies; we cannot issue refunds ourselves.
• Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the store first.

8. Free plan and changes to the service

• The free plan has daily limits (such as number of messages and tools); THATI Plus has higher limits. Limits are shown inside the app. Every account also has a monthly fair-use limit: as you approach it your twin may continue on a faster model, and once reached, AI features pause until the start of the next month.
• We may add, change or remove features, or adjust limits, and we aim to tell you about important changes in advance.
• The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

9. Intellectual property

The app, its design, name, logo and software belong to Naif Almuthihhiri or its licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices. You may not copy, sell or redistribute the app.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• We provide the app "as is" and "as available", without any guarantee that it will be error-free or always available.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data, or decisions you make based on AI responses.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in this section limits any right that cannot be limited by law.

11. App stores

• These terms are between you and us only, not with Apple or Google. We are responsible for the app, its content and support.
• Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
• You must also follow the terms of the store you downloaded the app from.

12. Ending use, governing law and contact

• You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (More → Account → Delete my account).
• We may suspend or delete your account if you break these terms or if the law requires it.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia [owner to confirm], and the courts of [المدينة / City] have jurisdiction over disputes.
• We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date and notify you in the app of any significant change. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the update.
