1. من نحن وما هذه السياسة

تشرح هذه السياسة ما البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق «ذاتي AI | THATI AI»، ولماذا نجمعها، ومع من نشاركها، وكيف تتحكم بها.

باستخدامك للتطبيق فأنت تقر بأنك قرأت هذه السياسة. لن نستخدم الذكاء الاصطناعي على بياناتك قبل موافقتك الصريحة داخل التطبيق.

2. البيانات التي نجمعها

• الحساب: معرّف حساب مجهول يُنشأ تلقائيًا عند أول تشغيل، وبريدك الإلكتروني إذا اخترت تسجيل الدخول به، ولغة التطبيق، واسمك إن أضفته، ووقت موافقتك على المعالجة بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
• إجاباتك على أسئلة البداية، وملف الشخصية الذي نبنيه منها.
• الذاكرة: المعلومات التي تحفظها أو توافق عليها، والذكريات المقترحة التي تنتظر موافقتك.
• المحادثات: رسائلك وردود نسختك، وملخصات قصيرة للمحادثات، وتقييمك للردود (👍/👎).
• ما تنشئه في التطبيق: المهام، وتحليلات القرارات، ومراجعات الأسبوع، وتقرير الشخصية، ومسودات «اكتب بأسلوبي» والنص الذي تلصقه فيها.
• أسلوب الكتابة (إذا استوردت محادثة واتساب): ملاحظات عن أسلوبك، وعبارات تكررها، وأمثلة قصيرة من رسائلك بعد الحجب.
• الدعوات: كود الدعوة الخاص بك، ومن استخدم كودك أو من دعاك (معرّف الحساب فقط)، والمكافآت المرتبطة بها.
• الاشتراك: حالة باقتك، ونوع المنتج، وتاريخ الانتهاء، وأحداث الشراء. لا نستلم بيانات بطاقتك أبدًا.
• بيانات الاستخدام: عدّادات الاستخدام (مثل عدد الرسائل اليومية) لتطبيق الحدود ومتابعة التكلفة، وسجلات خادم محدودة (مثل الأخطاء ووقت الطلب)، وأحداث استخدام بسيطة داخل التطبيق (مثل فتح التطبيق، وإكمال بناء النسخة، واستخدام أداة) مع نوع الجهاز ورقم نسخة التطبيق، وتقارير أعطال التطبيق (نوع الخطأ ومكانه في الكود). هذه الأحداث لا تتضمن أي نص كتبته.

ما لا نجمعه: جهات الاتصال، والموقع الدقيق، ومعرّفات الإعلانات. لا نتتبعك لأغراض إعلانية، ولا تصل تسجيلاتك الصوتية إلى خوادمنا.

3. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

• لتشغيل الخدمة: بناء ملف شخصيتك، وكتابة ردود نسختك، وتذكّر ما يهمك، والمهام، والقرارات، والتقارير، والمسودات.
• لاقتراح ذكريات جديدة من محادثاتك، ولا تُعتمد إلا بموافقتك.
• لتطبيق حدود الباقة المجانية وتفعيل اشتراك ذاتي بلس.
• لحماية الخدمة ومنع إساءة الاستخدام، وللرد على طلباتك ودعمك.
• لتحسين التطبيق باستخدام أرقام إجمالية (مثل عدد الرسائل والتكلفة)، لا بقراءة محتواك.

لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا ندرّب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي على محتواك.

4. الذكاء الاصطناعي والجهات التي نعتمد عليها

نشارك بياناتك فقط مع مزوّدين يساعدوننا في تشغيل التطبيق، وبالقدر اللازم لكل مهمة:

• Supabase: قاعدة البيانات، وتسجيل الدخول، ودوال الخادم. منطقة الاستضافة: [REGION — owner to fill].
• Anthropic (واجهة Claude البرمجية): تستلم ما يلزم لكتابة الرد، مثل إجاباتك، وملف شخصيتك، والذكريات المرتبطة، وآخر رسائل المحادثة، والنص الذي تلصقه.
• Voyage AI: تحوّل نص الذكريات (ونص سؤالك عند البحث فيها) إلى «متجهات» رقمية تساعد على البحث بالمعنى.
• RevenueCat وApple App Store وGoogle Play: لإدارة الاشتراكات. يستلم RevenueCat معرّف المستخدم وبيانات الشراء فقط، لا محادثاتك.
• مزوّد إرسال البريد: يستلم بريدك الإلكتروني ورمز الدخول لإرساله إليك.
• خدمة تحويل الصوت إلى نص في جهازك: الكتابة بالصوت تتم عبر خدمة نظام التشغيل في جوالك، وقد تعالجها Apple أو Google وفق سياساتهما. لا يصل الصوت إلى خوادمنا.

بحسب الشروط التجارية لواجهات Anthropic وVoyage AI وقت كتابة هذه السياسة، لا تُستخدم البيانات المرسلة عبر واجهاتهما البرمجية لتدريب نماذجهما، وقد تحتفظان بها مؤقتًا لأغراض الأمان ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.

قد نكشف بيانات إذا ألزمنا بذلك نظام أو أمر من جهة مختصة.

5. استيراد محادثة واتساب

ميزة اختيارية لتتعلم نسختك طريقة كتابتك:

• أنت من يختار ملف التصدير، ولا يقرأ التطبيق واتساب مباشرة.
• على جوالك أولًا: يأخذ التطبيق رسائلك أنت فقط، ويحذف الوسائط، ويحجب الأرقام والإيميلات والروابط، ثم يرسل جزءًا محدودًا منها.
• على الخادم: نحجبها مرة ثانية احتياطًا، ونحللها مرة واحدة عبر Claude.
• لا نحفظ نص المحادثة الخام ولا نكتبه في السجلات. نحفظ فقط ملاحظات الأسلوب، والعبارات المتكررة، وأمثلة قصيرة من رسائلك بعد الحجب.
• قد نقترح ذكريات عنك أنت (لا عن الآخرين)، ولا تُحفظ إلا بموافقتك.
• تقدر تحذف أسلوب الكتابة المحفوظ في أي وقت من نفس الشاشة.

استورد فقط المحادثات التي يحق لك استخدامها.

6. تحكّمك في بياناتك

من مركز الخصوصية داخل التطبيق تقدر:

• تشغيل أو إيقاف الذاكرة طويلة المدى.
• تشغيل أو إيقاف حفظ المحادثات. عند الإيقاف تُحذف المحادثات تلقائيًا بعد 24 ساعة ولا تُلخّص.
• تشغيل أو إيقاف التعلّم من الملفات.
• عرض أي ذكرى وتعديلها وحذفها.
• اختيار «لا تتذكر هذا» لمنع اقتراح ذكريات مشابهة.
• تصدير كل بياناتك في ملف JSON.
• حذف حسابك نهائيًا.

7. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

• نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك موجودًا، حتى تحذفها بنفسك أو تحذف حسابك.
• المحادثات غير المحفوظة (عند إيقاف حفظ المحادثات): 24 ساعة.
• عدّادات الاستخدام: تبقى مع حسابك وتُحذف معه.
• سجلات الخادم: محدودة، وتُحذف تلقائيًا بعد مدة قصيرة حسب إعدادات مزوّد الاستضافة.
• سجلات الشراء: قد نحتفظ بسجل أحداث الاشتراك (بدون أي محتوى من محادثاتك) بعد حذف الحساب، للمحاسبة والالتزامات النظامية ومنع الاحتيال.
• النسخ الاحتياطية: قد تبقى البيانات المحذوفة في النسخ الاحتياطية لمزوّد الاستضافة لفترة محدودة ثم تُستبدل تلقائيًا.

8. حذف الحساب

• من التطبيق: المزيد ← الحساب ← حذف حسابي. يحذف الحساب وكل بياناته نهائيًا ولا يمكن التراجع.
• أو من الموقع: thati.one/delete-account
• حذف الحساب لا يلغي اشتراكك في المتجر. ألغِ الاشتراك من إعدادات App Store أو Google Play.

9. حماية بياناتك

• البيانات مشفّرة أثناء النقل (TLS)، ومشفّرة وهي مخزّنة لدى مزوّد الاستضافة.
• قواعد وصول لكل مستخدم (Row-Level Security): لا يقدر أي مستخدم الوصول لبيانات غيره.
• مفاتيح خدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي محفوظة على الخادم فقط، ولا توجد داخل التطبيق.
• التطبيق لا يستخدم التشفير من طرف إلى طرف، ولا يوجد نظام آمن 100%. احمِ جوالك وبريدك، وتواصل معنا فورًا إذا شككت بأي وصول غير مصرّح به.

10. حقوقك

بما يتوافق مع نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية والأنظمة المماثلة، لك الحق في:

• معرفة كيف نعالج بياناتك (هذه السياسة).
• الوصول إلى بياناتك والحصول على نسخة منها (تصدير JSON).
• تصحيح بياناتك أو تحديثها.
• حذف بياناتك أو حسابك.
• سحب موافقتك في أي وقت. سحب الموافقة على معالجة الذكاء الاصطناعي يعني أن أغلب ميزات التطبيق لن تعمل، ويمكنك حذف حسابك.

أغلب هذه الحقوق متاحة مباشرة داخل التطبيق. لغيرها راسلنا على privacy@thati.one وسنرد خلال 30 يومًا، وقد نطلب منك التحقق من هويتك. ولك حق تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المختصة بحماية البيانات في بلدك.

11. العمر

التطبيق مخصص لمن عمرهم 18 سنة فأكثر. لا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد. إذا علمنا أن حسابًا يعود لشخص أصغر من 18 سنة فسنحذفه. إذا كنت وليّ أمر وتعتقد أن طفلك استخدم التطبيق، راسلنا على privacy@thati.one

12. نقل البيانات خارج بلدك وتحديث السياسة

• قد تُعالج بياناتك خارج بلدك لدى المزوّدين المذكورين أعلاه، مع ضمانات مناسبة ووفق الأنظمة المعمول بها.
• قد نحدّث هذه السياسة. سنغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاها، وسننبهك داخل التطبيق عند أي تغيير جوهري قبل أن يسري.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

This policy explains what data the "THATI AI | ذاتي AI" app collects, why, who we share it with, and how you control it.

By using the app you confirm you have read this policy. We do not run AI on your data until you give explicit consent inside the app.

2. Data we collect

• Account: an anonymous account ID created automatically on first launch; your email address if you choose to sign in with it; app language; your name if you add it; and the time you gave AI-processing consent.
• Your onboarding answers and the personality profile we build from them.
• Memory: facts you save or approve, plus suggested memories waiting for your approval.
• Chats: your messages and your twin's replies, short conversation summaries, and your 👍/👎 feedback.
• Things you create: tasks, decision analyses, weekly reviews, your personality report, and "Write in my style" drafts together with any text you paste.
• Writing style (only if you import a WhatsApp chat): notes about your style, phrases you often use, and a few short example messages after redaction.
• Invites: your invite code, who used your code or invited you (account ID only), and any related bonuses.
• Subscription: plan status, product, expiry date and purchase events. We never receive your card details.
• Usage data: usage counters (such as daily message counts) to apply limits and monitor costs, minimal server logs (such as errors and request times), simple in-app usage events (such as opening the app, finishing your twin, or using a tool) with your device type and app version, and app crash reports (the error type and where it happened in the code). These events never include anything you typed.

What we do NOT collect: contacts, precise location or advertising IDs. We do not track you for advertising, and your voice recordings never reach our servers.

3. How we use your data

• To run the service: build your personality profile, write your twin's replies, remember what matters to you, and power tasks, decisions, reports and drafts.
• To suggest new memories from your chats; they are only kept if you approve them.
• To apply free-plan limits and activate THATI Plus.
• To protect the service, prevent abuse, and answer your requests for support.
• To improve the app using aggregate numbers (such as message counts and costs), not by reading your content.

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not train AI models on your content.

4. AI and the service providers we rely on

We only share your data with providers that help us run the app, and only what each task needs:

• Supabase: database, sign-in and server functions. Hosting region: [REGION — owner to fill].
• Anthropic (Claude API): receives what is needed to write a response, such as your answers, personality profile, related memories, recent chat messages and any text you paste.
• Voyage AI: turns memory text (and the text of your question when searching memories) into numeric "embeddings" for meaning-based search.
• RevenueCat, Apple App Store and Google Play: subscription management. RevenueCat receives a user ID and purchase information only, never your chats.
• Email delivery provider: receives your email address and the sign-in code to send it to you.
• Your device's speech-to-text service: voice typing uses your phone's operating-system speech service, which may be processed by Apple or Google under their own policies. Audio never reaches our servers.

According to the API terms of Anthropic and Voyage AI at the time of writing, data sent through their APIs is not used to train their models; they may keep it temporarily for safety and abuse monitoring.

We may disclose data if required by law or by an order from a competent authority.

5. WhatsApp chat import

An optional feature that lets your twin learn how you write:

• You pick the export file yourself; the app does not read WhatsApp directly.
• On your phone first: the app keeps only your own messages, removes media, masks phone numbers, emails and links, then sends a limited portion.
• On the server: we mask again as a safeguard and analyze it once with Claude.
• We never store or log the raw chat. We store only style notes, frequent phrases and a few short example messages after redaction.
• We may suggest memories about you (never about other people); they are only saved if you approve them.
• You can delete your saved writing style at any time from the same screen.

Only import chats you have the right to use.

6. Your controls

From the Privacy Center inside the app you can:

• Turn long-term memory on or off.
• Turn chat saving on or off. When off, chats are deleted automatically after 24 hours and are not summarized.
• Turn learning from files on or off.
• View, edit and delete any memory.
• Choose "Don't remember this" to stop similar memories from being suggested.
• Export all your data as a JSON file.
• Delete your account permanently.

7. How long we keep data

• We keep your data while your account exists, until you delete it or delete your account.
• Unsaved chats (when chat saving is off): 24 hours.
• Usage counters: kept with your account and deleted with it.
• Server logs: minimal, and deleted automatically after a short period set by our hosting provider.
• Purchase records: we may keep subscription event records (with no chat content) after account deletion for accounting, legal obligations and fraud prevention.
• Backups: deleted data may remain in our hosting provider's backups for a limited period before it is overwritten automatically.

8. Deleting your account

• In the app: More → Account → Delete my account. This permanently deletes your account and all its data and cannot be undone.
• Or on the web: thati.one/delete-account
• Deleting your account does not cancel your store subscription. Cancel it in App Store or Google Play settings.

9. Security

• Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and encrypted at rest by our hosting provider.
• Per-user access rules (row-level security) prevent any user from reaching another user's data.
• AI service keys are kept on the server only, never inside the app.
• The app does not use end-to-end encryption, and no system is 100% secure. Protect your phone and email, and contact us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

10. Your rights

In line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and similar laws, you have the right to:

• Know how we process your data (this policy).
• Access your data and get a copy of it (JSON export).
• Correct or update your data.
• Delete your data or your account.
• Withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent to AI processing means most features will stop working, and you can delete your account.

Most of these rights are available directly in the app. For anything else, email privacy@thati.one and we will reply within 30 days; we may ask you to verify your identity. You may also file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

11. Age requirement

The app is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will delete it. If you are a parent and believe your child used the app, email privacy@thati.one

12. International transfers and policy updates

• Your data may be processed outside your country by the providers listed above, with appropriate safeguards and in line with applicable law.
• We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top, and notify you in the app before any significant change takes effect.
